It all started back in university. Picture this: a young engineering student far from home, surrounded by classmates having the time of their lives. But with a middle-class background, my budget was tight. In India, opportunities for students to earn money are limited, but my love for music presented a unique chance. Becoming a DJ was never part of my plan, but I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise, I started making some money from it.

But it wasn’t the money that kept me going—it was the joy and smiles I saw on people's faces during my gigs. I discovered a passion for making people happy. Fast forward to graduation, I landed a job as a software engineer. The excitement of DJing was replaced by long hours behind a computer screen. I quickly realized this wasn’t fulfilling. I yearned for interaction and problem-solving.

I approached my manager and expressed my need to connect with people and tackle real issues. After some back-and-forth, I was given the chance to become a business analyst. This role opened up a new world for me—I was talking to people, understanding their challenges, and finding solutions. It was exhilarating!

I knew I needed to broaden my horizons even more. Moving to a new country, I dove deeper into understanding global problems. My career evolved as I took on roles as a project manager, and later, a sales professional. Sales was a game-changer. Despite not having formal business training, my knack for networking and genuine desire to help people set me apart. Instead of pushing products, I focused on solving problems.

That’s when the idea for FiNash Consulting Inc. was born. I envisioned a platform where I could help businesses solve their problems aggressively yet thoughtfully. Instead of scaling rapidly and losing personal touch, I decided to keep it small, working with 8-10 businesses at a time. This way, I ensure each client gets the attention and solutions they need, leading to genuine satisfaction and happiness.
